 Experienced Leadership Program, Associate Global Auditor (3 to 5 years of relevant work experience) GE, Corporate Audit Staff. GE is looking for talented individuals with strong leadership potential to join an international team of in-house auditors and GE?s premier leadership program responsible for ensuring financial statement integrity, controllership, compliance and best practices throughout the company. The program is a true career accelerator, which provides highly concentrated training and development to all members, great exposure to senior management (CFOs and CEOs), and an unmatched global experience (100% travel required).

 Successful candidates are required to spend a minimum of two years in Corporate Audit Staff (CAS) in order to develop business expertise and leadership skills. This experience provides members with a strategic mindset, cultural awareness and a thorough understanding of different industries and business models (from technology infrastructure to financial services). After the completion of the program individuals are internally recruited by a GE business (Healthcare, Capital, Oil and Gas, etc?) and required to take on a leadership role in their home countries.

 Essential Responsibilities 

•  Develop and execute financial, compliance and process audit plans

•  Risk assess routines, controls and new areas

•  Participate in internal investigations as requested

•  Communicate with local, regional and global leaders as needed

•  Support company initiatives and ad hoc projects as requested

•  Work as a constructive team to achieve group objectives

•  Develop professional skills and leadership capabilities in preparation for internal promotion Requirements

•  3-5 years working experience in finance, accounting, auditing or related field

•  Fluent in English and the language of the country where you wish to work (written and oral)

•  Eligible to work in the country for which your are submitting your application (no exceptions)

•  Self-motivated, independent and ability to execute with minimum supervision

•  Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, demanding environment

•  Strong analytical and risk assessment skills

•  Willingness and ability to travel internationally, up to 100%, as needed for a minimum of two years

•  No restrictions on entering the United States of America for training or business meetings Preferred

•  Familiarity with US GAAP, SOX or IAS

•  Member of a chartered accountancy

•  Strong communication skills
