As Financial Controller, you'll be the custodian of financial integrity across the business. You'll own everything from month-end close to statutory compliance, and lead the team that makes it all happen.

This is a genuine leadership role at the heart of the business. You'll take full ownership of financial controls, cash and treasury management, governance, and statutory reporting, while leading the FinOps team day-to-day and overseeing HR administration. As the primary operational finance decision-maker and first point of escalation below the CFO, you'll act as deputy CFO: the main point of contact for auditors, banking partners, and external suppliers.

If you're looking for a role where you can take real ownership, shape how finance operates, and grow alongside the business, this is it. Join us at Burendo and help build something great.
