Homa is a global mobile game developer and publisher creating games people love. We partner with studios and internally develop games, having launched over 80 titles, reached over 2 billion downloads, and seen our game All in Hole break into the global top-50 grossing charts. These are milestones, not the finish line.

With deep expertise in product and technology, we built Homa Lab, our proprietary platform that gives developers the market intelligence, data tools, and game tech, with AI built-in, to find product–market fit fast and scale mass-market games into lasting experiences players enjoy for years.

This is our flywheel: Homa Lab helps studios spot the right ideas early, turn them into games quickly, and reach millions of players. Every launch brings back data and insights that fuel the next hit, making each turn of the loop faster, smarter, and more likely to win. AI supercharges this process, running through everything we do, from everyday tasks to our guiding principles.

What powers the loop is talent density. 220+ people from 30+ nationalities, bringing expertise from the world’s best studios and companies. We uphold ambition, curiosity, humility, and focus, and deliver with speed, excellence, and candor. Since the start, we’ve raised $165M from Headline, Northzone, Eurazeo, Bpifrance, and the founders of King, Sorare, and Spotify, people who’ve built and backed the games and platforms we admire, now supporting our drive to create the next ones.

At Homa, we are building the next billion-player experiences from the ground up and shaping the future of entertainment.

The internship

You'll join Homa's Finance team and work on the numbers that drive the company. There's no shadow work: you'll own real parts of our reporting, planning, and analysis, and your work will be used directly by leadership.

You will develop a 360° understanding of how a mobile games company makes money, from user acquisition spend to game revenue and profitability, while building your financial, analytical, and communication skills. You'll take on increasing responsibility with guidance from experienced colleagues.

What you'll do

Report. Support the monthly close and prepare the reporting that leadership and investors rely on.
Plan. Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and cash management.
Analyze. Dig into game-level profitability, marketing ROI, and cost structure to find where value is created or lost.
Automate. Use AI and smart tooling to make finance processes faster and more reliable.
Simplify. Map finance workflows, remove manual steps, and improve how data flows between teams.
Recommend. Turn numbers into clear insights and recommendations for decision-makers.

Why Homa

Exceptional growth. We hire people of outstanding potential, then put them where they can grow fastest.
Real ownership, early. Your projects will change how Homa operates, and you'll see the results.
Learn from leadership. You'll work alongside leaders and people who make decisions.
A high talent bar. Our teams are small and demanding, and the people around you will push you to grow.
AI at the core. You'll have access to the best AI tools, and you'll help shape how an AI-first company works.

Extreme ownership. You drive outcomes rather than just attend meetings. When something breaks, you fix it instead of explaining why it broke.
Proactive. You don't wait for instructions or perfect conditions. You spot what needs doing and do it.
Pragmatism and simplicity. You look for the simplest solution that works, use whatever tools are available, and ship. Done and useful beats perfect and late.
Sharp thinking. You learn fast, reason from facts, and structure your ideas clearly. You can explain something complex in a few sentences.
AI-driven. AI is already part of how you work every day. You've used it to automate, speed up, or rethink at least one thing you're proud of.
Hungry and motivated. You're ambitious, high-energy, and grounded. You see this internship as a chance to learn faster than anywhere else, and you're ready to work for it.
Bonus: you've built something. A game, an app, a student initiative, a side business. We'd love to hear about it.

For this role, you'll also bring

Rigor and attention to detail. Numbers need to be right.
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills. SQL or Python is a plus.
Solid knowledge of accounting and financial analysis.
A prior internship in audit, FP&A, consulting, a startup, tech, or gaming is a plus.
Current studies in Business, Engineering, Strategy, Finance, or related fields.

Practical details

A 6-month internship, with a flexible start date. We adapt to any month.
A convention de stage (internship agreement) is required.
Paris-based. You'll need to be able to work onsite at our Paris office.
Fluent English is required. French is a plus, not a requirement.
Top performers may be offered a full-time role at the end of the internship.

Our Culture

At Homa, we prioritise talent, energy, and determination over traditional credentials. We’re building a global community of brilliant, driven people who think boldly, act with pragmatism, move fast, and push boundaries. We believe true innovation comes from diverse perspectives, deep collaboration, and curiosity without limits.

Our culture is grounded in four core values:

Humility: We recognise that we are always learning, we can always improve and grow.
Curiosity: We continuously seek the “why” behind the “what” - we explore with purpose and practicality.
Focus: Our curiosity takes us deeper, not wider - we obsess over the details and let pragmatism guide our attention.
Ambition: We strive for the best - we don’t settle for “good enough,” - we use common sense to reach higher.

Building great games starts with building a great place to work. Here’s what you can expect:

🏥 Comprehensive Benefits: Depending on your location, you’ll enjoy a range of perks such as insurance, meal vouchers, public transport, gym memberships, and more.
🏢 Paris HQ Access: Enjoy a desk at our private office in a well-located WeWork building that will give you access to WeWork perks like rooftop view and designed coworking spaces.
🌍 Coworking Access: You will have access to WeWork spaces throughout Europe, along with all their perks and professional office environments.
🌐 Global Team: Collaborate in English with top-tier talent from 35+ countries, spanning Europe, the UK, the US, and more. Diversity fuels our creativity and innovation.
✈️ Team Gatherings: We value time together beyond the screen. Join us for occasional team gatherings, off-site retreats (Workations as we name them) to connect, recharge, and celebrate.
📈 Performance Reviews: We’re committed to your growth. Every six months, we reflect on your progress, recognize your achievements, and align on clear development goals.
💻 Equipment Support: From day one, we’ll provide everything you need to do your best work, including a home office setup allowance if you're working remotely.
