Emory Healthcare is growing—and we’re looking for an experienced IT Program & Portfolio Manager that will be aligned to our organization's growth, expansion, and strategic initiatives. You will be a catalyst to help lead these technology initiatives that support that growth. As part of our dynamic PMO team, this role provides leadership for a diverse portfolio of strategic programs, including healthcare facility expansions, mergers and acquisitions, new service offerings, enterprise technology implementations, and other high-impact organizational initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead complex, cross-functional programs that support healthcare growth, facility expansion, mergers and acquisitions, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Partner with executive leadership, operational stakeholders, clinical teams, digital leaders, architects, and vendors to align technology solutions with business objectives including full budget ownership.
- Drive portfolio planning, prioritization, governance, risk management, budgeting, and executive reporting across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Coordinate technology integration activities associated with acquisitions, new facilities, renovations, and major operational changes.
- Facilitate strategic planning and readiness activities to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and operational transition of new capabilities.
- Oversee program delivery from concept through implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, regulatory requirements, and enterprise technology standards.
- Support major Epic, infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives that require coordination across multiple business and technology teams.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Program level IT Healthcare leadership for a diverse portfolio of strategic programs, including healthcare facility expansions, mergers and acquisitions, new service offerings, enterprise technology implementations, and other high-impact organizational initiatives.
- Budget ownership of large scale programs and projects
- Local candidate is highly preferred for accessiblity to as needed in person stakeholder meetings.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in IT / Computer, Science / Computer Studies or an equivalent degree.
- Must have 8 years of Information Technology Project Leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a PMO like role OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Must be able to manage large scale programs and projects across the full project lifecycle.
- Previous experience with business transformations and transitions.
- Proven experience mentoring Project Managers.
- Experience working in a large healthcare organization and ability to work across diverse organizations and build effective relationships.
- Preferred certification in Prince, MSP, or PMP
