POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Chief Finance & Data Officer, the Treasury Analyst facilitates daily treasury operations, provides accurate cash reporting, and assists with bank structure management and some risk management activities. The Treasury Analyst produces reports to aid in the forecasting of cash needs for the business and assists with other treasury functions.
DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Manages day-to-day corporate banking administrative tasks, including account openings, closures, and the documentation of authorized signers.
- Acts as the internal liaison to resolve operational banking issues, investigates transactional discrepancies, and manage bank fee analysis.
- Maintains and reconciles records for all Line of Credit accounts; prepares adjusting entries as needed.
- Oversees the company’s daily cash position to guarantee all payment commitments are met.
- Coordinates short-term borrowing, deploys excess cash into short-term investments, and drives daily treasury operations.
- Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly reports on the organization’s cash position.
- Recommends and implements solutions to strengthen operational controls and incorporates best practices.
- Approves all Transfers, ACH and Wire payments in the banking software, based on approved requests and following all policies and procedures for such transactions.
- Ensures that all required documentation (paper and electronic) is completed/processed appropriately, in a timely manner, and meets quality and compliance thresholds.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or another related field required.
- Experience:
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in treasury, cash management, corporate banking, or a related finance/accounting function, including cash management, bank reconciliations, payment processing, and banking operations.
- Specialized Training, Licenses, Certifications:
- Not required, training will be provided upon hire as needed
- Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of the banking industry and technical knowledge of bank products

- Computer proficiency and intermediate Excel skills required
- Strong analytical and technical accounting skills
- Ability to prioritize and complete tasks timely
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with flexibility, keeping others informed and anticipating needs is essential
- Must be efficient, well organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This role is performed in-person, in a standard office environment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Employee is required to sit, walk and stand for prolonged period of time (at least 8 hours).
- Employee is required to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Employee is required to operate standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, fax and filing cabinets.
