Enclave Real Estate is expanding its Dubai team and looking for an Arabic-speaking Investment Advisor to join our growing multinational sales environment.
We are seeking a confident, ambitious, and results-driven professional with a strong sales background and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and investors.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate, property sales, or a strong sales environment
- Arabic speaker – mandatory
- UAE/Dubai real estate experience preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
- Valid UAE driving license
- Strong understanding of the Dubai property market is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 50%–70% commission structure
