- Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai/UAE real estate or luxury sales
- Proven experience in off-plan property sales
- Strong understanding of Dubai's off-plan market, developers and investment opportunities
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation and client relationship skills
- Ability to identify and convert investment opportunities
- Valid UAE driving license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
