Overview:
The Asset Management Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate asset data for key Managed Print Services (MPS) accounts. The role supports accurate billing and customer solutions by processing asset transactions, validating billing information, generating invoices and reports, and resolving asset data issues. The position works closely with cross-functional teams and global geography counterparts to ensure data integrity, invoice accuracy, and timely completion of account deliverables.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage MADC asset transactions in Siebel and validate asset information to support accurate and timely billing.
- Generate BOXI reports, preliminary invoices, and billing reports while monitoring meter reads, device connectivity, shipment events, and CPN information.
- Process tickets and investigate asset data issues, including missing meter reads, CPN information, provider contracts, and invoice delays.
- Analyze and maintain asset data using advanced Excel functions, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF, COUNT, sorting, and filtering.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to resolve account issues, support Entitlement and Provider Contract governance, and complete account deliverables.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in asset management, data management, reporting, BPO operations, or related functions.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical, technical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Experience with Siebel, SAP, Business Intelligence tools, WW AFUR, Fleet View, or analytics platforms is an advantage.
