About Us

WealthBridge Financial Group helps individuals, families, and business owners build, protect, and grow their wealth. We don’t do one-size-fits-all. Every strategy is personalized and forward-thinking, and it’s grounded in innovation, collaboration, and education. We aim to be the advisors clients trust for life, not just for one transaction.

The Opportunity

We’re growing, and we’re looking for driven, entrepreneurial people to join us as Financial Professionals in our Long Island offices in Garden City and Melville. You’ll sit across the table from clients, help them map out their financial future, and build a practice that’s truly yours. You’ll have an experienced, collaborative team behind you every step of the way.

What You’ll Do

Build lasting relationships. You’ll earn clients’ trust with a consultative, client-first approach that keeps them with you for years.
Design custom strategies. You’ll dig into each client’s goals and create personalized plans covering retirement, investments, insurance, and estate planning.
Educate and empower. You’ll break down complex topics so clients can make confident, informed decisions.
Bring in the experts. You’ll partner with internal specialists, CPAs, and other professionals to deliver holistic solutions.
Grow your book. You’ll expand your client base through networking, referrals, and marketing, with our support behind you.
Stay sharp. You’ll keep up with market trends, new products, and evolving planning strategies so your clients stay ahead.

Who Thrives Here

You think like an entrepreneur and want to build something of your own
People enjoy talking to you, and you’re good at earning trust
You want a career and a business you own, not just a paycheck
You set goals and push yourself to hit them without someone looking over your shoulder
You’re curious about money: how it grows, how it’s protected, and how it changes lives
Sales, finance, or client-service experience helps, but hunger and coachability matter more

Who You’ll Help

Your clients will include:

Individuals and families building security and planning for the future
Business owners protecting what they’ve built and planning their next move
Institutions and organizations that need a trusted financial partner
