🔍 Role Overview:
Under the direction of the Risk Technical Services National Manager/Team Manager, provides quality claims supervisory services and statistical data controls to clients across field branch offices.
✅ Claims Supervision & Quality Control – Oversees field adjusters, manages reserve controls, performs data corrections and reviews, and ensures the accuracy and quality of claim handling processes.
✅ Claims Administration & Risk Management – Conducts claim file reviews and audits, manages litigation activities, evaluates rehabilitation opportunities, and authorizes claim payments as required.
✅ Client & Account Support – Assists the Risk Technical Services (RTC) National Manager/Team Manager in maintaining assigned accounts, serves as the corporate claims liaison between branch offices and clients, and participates in the development of new accounts.
