About Us

We’re a fast-growing startup in specialized alternative markets, building smart operations from the ground up. Our team is small, scrappy, and collaborative, and we thrive on solving tough problems with discipline and precision. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in doing things the right way, loves following structured processes, and enjoys being the person everyone can count on to get it done right. If that’s you, we want to meet you.

About the Role

As an Implementation Specialist, you’ll play a critical behind-the-scenes role in keeping our operation running with accuracy, consistency, and discipline. You’ll execute structured playbooks, manage client-facing systems, and flag edge cases, all while keeping meticulous records.

This is a high-trust, precision-driven position ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments, takes pride in operational excellence, and finds satisfaction in completing tasks with care and consistency. You’ll be required to travel locally on a daily basis, so access to reliable transportation is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Execute SOPs and task checklists with high attention to detail and operational discipline
Manage real-time workflows, resolve edge cases, and escalate issues as needed
Log detailed records of all actions and outcomes to maintain transparency and traceability
Monitor accounts, balances, and platform statuses pre- and post-execution
Troubleshoot minor technical issues and assist with onboarding or setup tasks for new accounts or tools
Complete field-based tasks involving physical systems, identity verifications, or client-specific operations (local travel required)

Detail-Driven & Conscientious: You care deeply about the little things. You catch what others miss.

Process-Oriented & Reliable: You excel when following structured steps, and teammates know they can count on you.
Completionist: You finish what you start, close loops without reminders, and don’t leave tasks half-done.
Steady Under Pressure: You’re calm and focused in live settings and time-sensitive moments.
Technically Capable: You’re comfortable navigating software, tools, and browser-based workflows.
Logistically Flexible: You’re based in New Jersey, Philadelphia, Michigan, or Ontario (or willing to relocate) and can handle daily in-person tasks that require local travel.
