Contribute to team performance by achieving individual targets, supporting workflow standards and maintaining a high-quality client experience.

What you'll need to have

Bring a strong client-service mindset, with the confidence to build rapport, understand client needs and provide a professional experience from first enquiry through to cover being arranged.

Be accurate, organised and commercially aware, with good numeracy, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities to deadline.
Show ambition, curiosity and motivation to learn, develop technical knowledge and work towards industry qualifications.
Be tech-savvy and keen to embrace innovation, with good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and the confidence to use digital tools to improve efficiency, client service and ways of working.
Be proactive, resourceful and supportive, contributing positively to team performance, service standards and a high-quality client experience.
