R&R Wealth Management, an affiliate of R&R Insurance Services, Inc., is seeking an experienced Retirement Plan Relationship Manager. Combine your technical expertise and relationship-building skills in meaningful work with a team that values collaboration, professional development, and work-life balance.
What You’ll Do

- Evaluate plans and recommend improvements. Analyze existing and prospective plans to identify inefficiencies, assess investment options, and recommend improvements for employers and participants.
- Make retirement planning approachable. Lead enrollment meetings and group presentations, and meet individually with employees to discuss retirement goals, plan features, and investment options.
- Provide knowledgeable support. Explain plan provisions, policies, procedures, and applicable requirements to eligible employees and beneficiaries. Prepare retirement and benefits calculations and analyses, including contribution withdrawals and deferred retirement.
- Create useful educational resources. Prepare enrollment materials and participant communications that make complex information clear and actionable.
- Support accurate, compliant plan operations. Help ensure retirement plan services comply with applicable regulations, plan requirements, and company policies while protecting confidential client information.
- Keep your expertise current. Stay informed about market trends and industry developments through meetings with product sponsors, research on fund companies and securities products, and continuing education.
