About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Crypto OTC Trader to price and execute large block trades, build client relationships, and manage liquidity and counterparty risk on our OTC desk.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide real-time quotes and execute large spot and derivatives trades for institutional and HNW clients
- Manage liquidity and settlement across exchanges, liquidity providers, banks, and stablecoin rails
- Develop and maintain relationships with funds, family offices, miners, and corporates
- Manage inventory, hedging, and counterparty risk, ensuring compliance with KYC/AML requirements
- Communicate with clients via Telegram, Signal, and other channels, including outside standard hours
Requirements
- 2+ years of OTC trading experience (crypto, FX, or other financial markets)
- Proven experience executing large block trades with minimal slippage
- Strong knowledge of crypto market structure, liquidity, and settlement processes
- Excellent communication skills and fluent English
Nice to Have
- Existing network of institutional clients
- Experience with fiat on/off-ramps and stablecoin settlement (USDT/USDC)
- Experience with OTC options or structured products
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary $150,000-$190,000
