Turn Research Into Real-World Impact.

At Trexquant, we believe exceptional research belongs in the real world.

We're a systematic hedge fund that applies cutting-edge machine learning, statistics, and large-scale data analysis to global financial markets. Every day, our researchers tackle complex, open-ended problems using massive datasets, novel algorithms, and scientific experimentation - with the opportunity to see their ideas deployed in live markets.

Whether your background is in computer science, physics, mathematics, engineering, economics, statistics, or another STEM discipline, you'll find an environment where intellectual curiosity, rigorous research, and innovation are at the center of everything we do.

No prior finance experience is required- we're looking for exceptional researchers and problem solvers.

Responsibilities:

As a Quantitative Researcher, you'll help develop the next generation of machine learning models that identify predictive patterns in global financial markets.

Your work may include:

Designing and implementing state-of-the-art machine learning models for large-scale prediction problems
Working with massive structured and alternative datasets to uncover meaningful signals
Developing novel statistical methods and predictive features
Reading, evaluating, and extending cutting-edge academic research
Designing experiments, testing hypotheses, and validating ideas through simulation
Collaborating with experienced researchers across disciplines to transform research into production-ready strategies
Your research has a direct impact - from idea generation to live trading

Find the Team That Fits Your Strengths
