A Real Salary. A Trusted Brand. A Career That Helps Baltimore Families.

Most insurance sales jobs ask you to start from zero. This one doesn’t. You’ll earn a guaranteed base salary starting at $55,000, with two raises built into your first 8 months. You’ll work face-to-face with members at credit unions across the Baltimore area, so you’re not cold-calling strangers. These are people who already trust the institution you’re sitting in.

Who We Are

The Family Security Plan® has believed for more than 50 years that everyone deserves access to affordable insurance.

We work side by side with credit unions to help them reach their goals and grow. For their members, we offer affordable life and health insurance plus financial wellness education. Much of that work happens in underserved communities, where it matters most. You won’t just be selling policies. You’ll help families build a more secure future, one conversation at a time.

What Your Day Looks Like

You’ll be based in credit union branches around Baltimore, meeting members, learning what they need, and finding coverage that protects their families. You’ll build real relationships with branch staff and partners, and those relationships will bring you referrals and new opportunities. You’ll have a team behind you, with regular coaching and sales meetings to help you keep growing.
