Location : Remote Duration : 6 to 12 Months Visa : Green Card / US CitizenUpdate from Client : Need someone with Strong IT due diligence in the M & A space. Big 4 or consulting experience is a must.
Need someone with the experience in Apps separation, Data migration, Apps cloning, etc from M&A perspective.Description: - 3-5+ years of experience doing IT Due Diligences.
- -Need M&A experience.
- Experience reviewing CIMs, working with C-level and Private Equity stakeholders.
- Experience in developing separation strategies and stand-alone cost/operating models.
- Good Project mgmt, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Prior experience with Big4 a plus.
